Philosophy and Objectives

In this day of disappearing moral absolutes, it is imperative that all Christians be reminded that the Bible, as the revelation of God’s truth, must determine not only our doctrinal beliefs but also our lifestyle.

MyFuture / Vision International University is a Bible-based, Christ-centered institution dedicated to educating and training Christians for the work of the ministry.

By 1985, Vision Bible College was incorporated as a non-profit in San Diego. By 1987, a full-time campus emerged and affiliated teaching centers began to grow.

1990 was pivotal: Vision expanded to University status and purchased headquarters in Ramona, California. Since then, teaching centers have developed on every continent.

In 2022, Vision International University was accredited by ASIC in the United Kingdom.

We Affirm

  • That the Bible is the Word of God, accurate in all that it ultimately affirms, and the authoritative standard for belief and conduct.
  • That God exists as three persons: The Father, Jesus Christ His only Son our Lord, and the Holy Spirit who empowers and sanctifies.
  • That nothing can replace the importance of the local church, the body of Christ on earth.
  • That entrance into the church is through the new birth — repentance, faith in Christ as Savior, and surrender to Him as Lord.
  • That membership is signified by joyful participation in worship, fellowship, sacraments, witness, and acceptance of its discipline.
  • That the presence and use of the charismata is essential in the local church and Christian ministry.
  • That the victorious Christian life is built upon proper understanding and exercise of spiritual authority.
  • In the resurrection of the dead at Christ’s return, God’s judgment, and the inescapable result foretold in Scripture.
